Partner Center of Expertise (PCoE)
Partner Center of Expertise is the organization within SAP Partner like Soltius which is:

  • responsible for service and support of its customers
  • handling customer’s support request in accordance with SAP’s standards functionalities
  • structured in support staff and technical infrastructure

Being SAP PCoE since more than 10 years, we have passed PcoE evaluation every 2 year to get PCoE certificate.
The PCoE certification determines that PT Soltius Indonesia has fully met the compliance requirements to achieve Partner Center of Expertise criteria for providing maintenance services to their SAP ECC, SAP Business All in One and SAP Business Objects customer base.
