Therefore, PT Soltius Indonesia launch Standard Operation Procedure regarding Anti-Bribery Policy, Anti-Money Laundering Policy (“SOP”), We developed the SOP to provide clear guidelines to help employees make ethical and legally decisions as We do business every day. These important policies are a statement from Board of Directors commitment to anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and transparency to ensure We are operating according to PT Soltius Indonesia core values and in line with all the applicable law in Indonesia.

It is why We encourage you to report any misconduct or illegal activity when suspected. To help you, the Board of Directors are providing channel for reporting a suspected violation of the Company’s SOP through email: ethicalbusiness@soltius.co.id. This channel allows you to submit a report confidentially and there will never any retribution or reprisals for making a report in good faith. 

Board of Directors will not tolerate any violation by the employee in regards with this SOP, and Board of Directors commit to impose sanction to all employee that proven violate this SOP no matter what their position in this Company.
