Metrodata Kick Off Meeting (KOM) 2024 “Riding the Wave of Change”

PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk ("Metrodata") held the 2023 Metrodata Kick Off Meeting ("KOM") on January 25 2024. This year's KOM carries the theme "Riding the Wave of Change".

In more than four decades, Metrodata has succeeded in overcoming various challenges, including the COVID-19 pandemic. With a spirit of collaboration, the company is ready to follow and adapt to changes that occur, such as the latest technological developments, customer and partner expectations, management changes, and economic conditions in Indonesia and the world.

The event opened with performances from Metrodata Group employees, namely a parade of Hollywood and New York Dancer costumes which represented the philosophy of TAA Plus' destination to New York this year. As the peak session, Bunga Citra Lestari appeared as a guest star by singing several of her hit songs.

On the same day, two Metrodata subsidiaries, namely, PT Mitra Integration Informatika ("MII") held an offline General Meeting, and PT Soltius Indonesia (Soltius) held a hybrid Kick Off Meeting.

The General Meeting held by MII to open the start of 2024 carried the theme 'Diversity in Harmony'. At the event, around 500 MII employees who attended were entertained by Saung Angklung Udjo's performance and took part in an angklung playing session with instructions from Saung Angklung Udjo.

Then, the series of General Meeting events were also filled with the awarding of Best Employee and Best Team to several employees who had performed very well throughout 2023, both as a team and individually.

Meanwhile, Soltius held a Town Hall Kick Off Meeting (KOM) with the theme 'Together We Go Far' which was attended by all employees in a hybrid manner. At this event, a discussion session on achievements in 2023, evaluation of strategy & performance both as a team and individually was presented.
