Collaborative Project - Garuda Beverage (Go Live SAP S/4HANA Cloud – Private Edition)

Garuda Beverage Sukses (GBS) which is part of PT. Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya, Tbk is a local beverage company that leads in production, marketing, and distribution nationally. GBS focuses on innovation and quality to meet local consumer preferences and international standards. Through its extensive distribution network, GBS reaches various regions throughout Indonesia, targeting diverse market segments. GBS' portfolio includes various beverage products, such as Okky jelly drinks and Mountea ready-to-drink tea.

As part of the business continuity strategy and to optimize business operations, management has chosen to migrate GBS' ERP system to GarudaFood Putra Putri Jaya's new SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud system landscape.

Working closely with IBM, Soltius Indonesia assisted in rolling out the process and system design from GF to GBS. The project timeline was very ambitious but Go Live was achieved in just 3 months. The success achieved at Garudafood and the collaborative learnings between Soltius and IBM from previous involvement at Garudafood helped contribute to the success of this venture.
