The Arnott’s Group (TAG) Indonesia is officially moving forward with its Indonesian Entity Migration Project. In a major step toward digital transformation, the company is bringing its global SAP ECC template from the head office in Australia directly to its Indonesian operations, successfully replacing the legacy BPCS system. This strategic project is a collaborative effort between Arnott’s Global, DyFlex Solutions (an SAP Platinum Partner from Australia), and PT Soltius Indonesia. Brought into this initiative by DyFlex, Soltius is thrilled to work hand-in-hand to ensure a smooth transition that perfectly aligns our local operations with Arnott’s global business standards.

The main focus of this rollout will be on data migration, change management, and comprehensive team training. By covering critical areas like Supply Chain, Procurement, Production, Sales, and Inventory Management, this unified ERP foundation will give the company much better operational visibility, tighter financial controls, and seamless supply chain integration to back its long-term growth.
