The overall objective of the project is to formally start the SAP AMS work, obtain commitment from all stakeholders, review the SAP AMS scope of work, and establish the timeline.

This includes development (improvement or enhancement) and maintenance of functionality for various SAP modules and necessary ABAP programs, including changes in business and organization. The services also involve consultation or assistance for existing or potential corrective and preventive issues on the ERP (SAP). Furthermore, the support aims to develop human resources through user training, establishing Super Users in each SAP module who will receive special training and knowledge base on SAP configuration, conducting regular workshops for knowledge transfer, and updating manual books and creating a knowledge base. These support activities are crucial to ensure that the SAP system is maintained, improved, and that the client's internal team has the necessary capability and knowledge.
