Soltius is led by a team that combines decades of hands-on SAP, data and AI experience with the governance standards of the Metrodata Group. Most of our leaders started as consultants at Soltius, so the people who run the company understand first-hand what it takes to deliver successful SAP projects.

Our leadership follows a three-level structure:

supervises the company and advises the Board of Directors on behalf of shareholders.

Board of Directors

sets strategy, manages the company and is accountable for its performance.

Division Managers

lead delivery, enterprise support and the SME business day to day.

Board of Commissioners

The Board of Commissioners is the Company’s organ with a function to supervise and provide advice to the Directors and collectively reports to the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS).

COMMISSIONER

Sjafril Effendi

He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Trisakti University in 1985. He began his career with the Metrodata Group that same year and has held various strategic positions, including President Director of PT Mitra Integrasi Informatika, Regional Managing Director of PT Soltius Indonesia, and Director of PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk. Currently, he serves as a Commissioner for PT Soltius Indonesia and PT Mitra Integrasi Informatika, possessing extensive experience in information technology, systems integration, ERP, and business transformation.

LEADERSHIP

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is the organ of the Company authorized and fully responsible for the management of the Company for the benefit of the Company, in accordance with the Company’s purposes and objectives, and for representing the Company, both inside and outside of court, in accordance with the provisions of the Articles of Association.

PRESIDENT DIRECTOR

Bernardy Suhendra

He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from BINUS University in 2007 and a Master’s degree in Management from BINUS Business School in 2009. He began his career in Business Intelligence in 2007 and joined PT Soltius Indonesia in 2008 as a Senior Business Intelligence Consultant. Subsequently, he held various strategic positions, including Analytics Consulting Manager, Head of Analytics, and Head of Data & AI at PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk. Since May 2024, he has served as President Director of PT Soltius Indonesia, bringing extensive experience in Business Intelligence, Data & AI, ERP, and digital transformation.

DIRECTOR

Ignatius Adi Wiranto

He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Bina Nusantara University (BINUS) in 2000. He began his professional career in SAP Business Intelligence and possesses over 20 years of experience in the implementation and development of SAP solutions. Having joined Soltius in 2007, he has held various positions, including SAP BW Consultant, BI Data Services Manager, and Division Head – Enterprise Support. Since February 2024, Ignatius Adi Wiranto has served as a Director of PT Soltius Indonesia, bringing extensive experience in SAP, Business Intelligence, enterprise support, and technology solution delivery.

Division Managers

Responsible for managing strategy, operations, resources and division performance to ensure the achievement of business targets and quality of service to customers.

DIVISION MANAGER, DELIVERY

Devi Andrianto

He began his professional career in finance before transitioning into the field of SAP consulting. He worked as an SAP Consultant at PT Mitra Solusi Telematika and PT Metrodata E-Bisnis, subsequently joining PT Soltius Indonesia in 2010 as a Managing Consultant. Since 2018, Devi Andrianto has served as the ERP Delivery Head at PT Soltius Indonesia, bringing extensive experience in ERP/SAP implementation, project delivery, and the management of consulting teams to support clients' business transformations.

DIVISION MANAGER, ENTERPRISE SUPPORT

Indra Satria Budi

Obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Islamic University of Indonesia. Started his professional career in the SAP field in 2007 and has more than 15 years of experience in SAP ERP implementation, especially in the areas of SAP MM, Retail MM, PP, and QM. He had a career as a SAP Functional Consultant and Business Improvement Manager before returning to PT Soltius Indonesia. Since March 2024, Indra Satria Budi has served as Enterprise Support Division Manager of PT Soltius Indonesia, after previously serving as Managing Consultant.

DIVISION MANAGER, SME

Willy Octavius Chandra

Willy Octavius Chandra is a professional in the field of information technology and enterprise business solutions with experience in business development and digital transformation. At PT Soltius Indonesia, he was trusted to lead the SME Division as Division Manager/Division Head. In his role, he focuses on developing technology solutions and services for the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) segment, including developing collaborations with various technology principals and partners to support customers' digital transformation needs.
