PT AlamTri Resources Indonesia, formerly known as PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk, is a prominent Indonesian energy company. It was established in 2004 and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2008. The company has grown to become Indonesia's second-largest coal mining company by production volume, with operations spanning mining, logistics, and power generation. In 2022, AlamTri streamlined its business into three pillars: Adaro Energy, Adaro Minerals, and Adaro Green, to better align with Indonesia's energy transition and to expand into new areas like non-coal minerals, mineral processing, and renewable energy. The company's main operations are centered in Kalimantan, where it operates the largest single-site coal mine in the southern hemisphere.

Solution Benefit for Company:
PT AlamTri Resources Indonesia aims to enhance financial reporting accuracy by separating key financial figures. The project will separate unearned revenue into current and non-current components, add a separate line for employee costs, and detail revenue by separating export and domestic revenue from third parties. Additionally, the project will itemize what was previously combined as "fuel" by separating figures for fuel, lubricants, and other inventories. This new level of detail will improve the accuracy and completeness of the financial statements, enabling more informed decision-making.

Furthermore, the project will add crucial financial movements for dividend payments, Other Comprehensive Income (OCI), and unappropriated retained earnings. It will also correct and add movements for fixed assets, their depreciation, mining properties, and Right-of-Use (RoU) assets. The project also focuses on adding details on closing rates, customer aging, exploration movements, and intangible assets. Finally, the project will complete the cash flow statement and the sales by destination report, which are currently blank. To streamline the process, a macro button will be added to automate data generation for the taxation schedule and master data for customers and vendors will be extracted from BW to BPC.
