Soltius Indonesia and PT Asuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia Tbk recently held a Kick-Off Meeting for the Enhancement Data Warehouse project. The project's objective is to integrate three main systems—SAP, TICS, and Actuarial Engine—into a single data warehouse using SAP Datasphere and Confluent technologies. The scope of work involves setting up connections between the systems, developing data replication flows, and preparing dashboards and reports for data visualization.

Tugu Insurance initiated this project to address existing inefficiencies in its current data warehouse system. The company found that the integration of data from its SAP and TICS systems was not effective, which made it difficult to combine data for reports and hindered the decision-making process. Additionally, there were requests for new dashboards, such as aviation and ship list dashboards, that could not be created with the current setup. By implementing the new data warehouse, Tugu Insurance aims to automate data flow to make integration more effective and faster, thereby improving its reporting and decision-making capabilities.
