Based on the initial requirement gathering conducted with the MAP HCM team, it was identified that for salary increment and bonus calculation are managed through excel file and many operational issues and confusions. Soltius recommend the following approach in unifying the user experience. We propose to build custom web application for compensation calculation, adjustment and approval. Custom Web App will generate final Salary Adjustment file. User will upload the salary and bonus manually to SAP
