The project between Soltius Indonesia and PT Yupi Indo Jelly Gum Tbk is the GROW with SAP – Implementation, centered on the adoption of business processes using the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition (SAP Cloud ERP Public). Soltius Indonesia is facilitating this implementation, which officially kicked off on September 30, 2025. The project approach utilizes the SAP Activate Methodology for an agile deployment and a Fit-to-Standard strategy that leverages SAP’s pre-configured Best Practices for an accelerated adoption of the cloud ERP. The ultimate technical purpose of this effort is to establish a more robust and scalable back-end ERP platform for the company. PT Yupi Indo Jelly GumTbk is pursuing this implementation as part of its commitment to digital transformation, enhanced process efficiency, and improved data transparency. The project is designed to achieve a Centralized and Standardized System, supporting key strategic goals for the company such as delivering sustained business growth, realizing an increase in margin, and ensuring improved operational efficiency. Strategic imperatives addressed by the new platform include boosting Quality Focus & Customer Centricity, enhancing supply chain efficiency (e.g., reducing inventory), and establishing a stronger IT infrastructure to generate better and actionable business insights.
