PT Shoetown Ligung Indonesia and PT Shoetown Kasokandel Indonesia, leading manufacturing entities each operating their own factory, have officially initiated their digital transformation journey with the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud – Public Edition (GROW with SAP) in collaboration with PT Soltius Indonesia. This strategic partnership aims to establish a robust integration framework and a well-designed SAP foundation to drive greater business growth and operational efficiency. By automating complex processes—including seamless integration with existing S-ERP source systems and utilizing innovative solutions like iRPA bots—the companies are setting a unified digital platform to support future roll-outs across other Shoetown entities.

The project scope encompasses two legal entities and covers essential modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory Management, Sales, and Production Planning. This six-month implementation is designed to streamline critical business flows—from Procure to Pay to Manufacturing Processing—ensuring automated data synchronization and enhanced accuracy across their entire factory operations.
