Universal Robina Corporation (URC) URC Indonesia is one of the largest branded consumer food and beverage companies in the Philippines. The company has had significant growth in the ASEAN market and is one of the pioneers in the industry. URC is engaged in various food product businesses including the manufacturing and distribution of branded food and beverages; commodities such as sugar and flour; and agro-industrial businesses including livestock, animal feed and other products. URC has built three strong regional brands over the years under the major Jack ‘n Jill snack brand. URC’s existing snack brands in Indonesia are Piattos, Poppins, Chiz King, Roller Coaster and Cloud9. URC has also recently launched its newest biscuit product, Magic.

Project Kick Off Meeting SAP Improvement URC Indonesia was conducted on October 1, 2024. SAP PP-PI which is the best practices for CPG Industries mapping the production process; SAP CO-PC (order based) calculated standard cost, captured detail of production cost and support the variance analysis; SAP CO-PA provide cost reporting from several attribute drill down for slicing the costing data; SAP MM, Batch Management, in the end-to-end supply chain from RM/PM > SFG > FG allow URC to meet compliance in the system for example system suggested FEFO/FIFO and Top-Down / Bottom-Up batch traceability; SAP QM, extend scope Production Quality Check allow URC to meet system compliance by systemize quality check for Finish Good. CoA can be printed from system as per regulatory for export.
