JAKARTA, INDONESIA — PT Enesis Indonesia (Enesis Group), the prominent fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and health-wellness manufacturer behind household brands like Adem Sari and Soffell, has officially launched its latest core digital milestone: the SAP Project System (PS) & Fund Management (FM) Implementation Project.
Partnering with IT consulting firm PT Soltius Indonesia, the targeted transformation initiative kicked off on May 15, 2026. The joint team is aiming for a rapid, high-impact rollout with a projected live deployment by August 2026.
The initiative focuses on building the EPICS (Enterprise Project Integrated Control System), covering four critical company codes within the conglomerate: DRI, SEI, MI, and HI.
By integrating advanced Budgeting, Project System, and Fund Management capabilities directly into Enesis Group's existing SAP foundation, the project is designed to eliminate manual, unsynchronized data flows. This digital overhaul targets major operational efficiency gains, specifically focusing on:
Robust Promotional Control: Gaining absolute governance over complex corporate promotional plans and commercial processes.
Tightened Financial Governance: Establishing rigid, automated budget authorization baselines to prevent cost overruns.
Drastic Velocity Improvements: Slashing crucial data cycles—most notably reducing the timeframe for e-proposal uploads and tracking from 7 days down to just 1 day.
Established in 1988, Enesis Group has built a vast end-to-end operational network across Indonesia. The company is widely recognized for creating pioneering health, wellness, and household brands that have become daily staples, including Antis, Kispray, Plossa, Force Magic, and Vegeta.
Managing such a diverse portfolio requires highly agile commercial finance systems. Transitioning away from manual monitoring to the automated EPICS framework will allow Enesis to secure its supply chain and distribution networks while remaining financially nimble.
The aggressive timeline from mid-May to August highlights the strong alignment between the two organizations. Executive leadership, project sponsors, and the joint project teams from both Enesis and Soltius have reportedly hit the ground running to meet the operational deadlines.
As commercial competition intensifies in the Southeast Asian consumer goods sector, Enesis Group's transition to tight, real-time fund management serves as a strategic blueprint for companies looking to replace slow legacy tracking with rapid, data-driven financial control.
